Compared with domestic traditional double girder cranes, the main difference between European double girder electric overhead crane is the use of parts with better quality, and European-style wheel sets are the key components in such parts. European double girder electric cranes are based on European lightweight and modular design concepts and advanced production and manufacturing processes. A European-style trolley and a hoisting mechanism are installed on the bridge frame. The trolley can run forward and backward, and the cart can run and other mechanisms to realize the transportation of materials and objects in a three-dimensional space, making the structure of the whole crane compact, smooth running, self-weight reduction, height reduction, energy saving and consumption reduction, greatly reducing the construction cost of the crane operation workshop and the crane operating cost, and improving the quality and operation performance of the crane.

The European type wheel set has light weight, small volume, easy installation. Mainly composed of four parts: wheel shaft, wheel piece, bearing box and bearing. It is directly matched with the three-in-one reducer and does not need to be connected by a coupling. So this wheel has compact structure, high assembly accuracy and low noise of smooth operation.

The crane relies on the longitudinal movement along the direction of the supporting rail on the workshop beam, the lateral movement of the trolley and the lifting and lowering of the hook to realize the work flow. The common lifting capacity is 5-200t (larger lifting capacity can be customized), the working level is A5-A7, and the working environment temperature is -25℃~40℃. It is forbidden to use in flammable, explosive and corrosive medium environments. There are three types of operation modes: ground control, operation room control and remote control for users to choose.
