Introduction to BZB series wall mounted jib cranes
Introduction to BZB series wall mounted jib cranes
The wall mounted jib crane is used in workshops or warehouses with large span and high building height, and it is suitable for frequent lifting operations near the wall. It is a new type of material hoisting equipment developed on the basis of jib crane. The running track of the machine is installed on the cement column of the plant, and it can move longitudinally along the track. At the same time, the electric hoist can complete the horizontal movement along the rotating arm and the lifting in the vertical direction. The wall mounted jib crane greatly expands the scope of operation, makes more effective use of the plant space, and the use effect is more ideal. It can be widely used for lifting heavy objects in factories, mines, workshops, production lines, assembly lines, machine tools, warehouses, docks and other occasions.
The wall type jib crane (wall crane) is composed of support, jib device, slewing device and electric hoist (chain electric hoist). The support is fixed on the wall or steel structure column, and can be rotated according to the needs of users. The rotation part is divided into manual rotation and electric rotation. The electric hoist (chain electric hoist) is installed on the cantilever track for lifting heavy objects.
Wall type cantilever crane is widely used for lifting light and small heavy objects in industries and mines, workshops, assembly lines, warehouses, docks and other places. It has the advantages of novel structure, reasonable, simple, convenient operation, flexible rotation, light weight, flexible load movement, etc. it is an energy-saving material lifting equipment.
The operation of this machine is realized through the handle control button, which controls the lifting, lowering and horizontal forward and backward travel of the electric hoist trolley respectively.
Installation of wall type cantilever crane
Before installing the wall type cantilever crane, check whether the cantilever beam bending and torsion deformation, shaft corrosion, bruise, etc. caused during transportation should be corrected or restored respectively. In addition, the shaft, bearing and other rotating parts should be cleaned and lubricated every six months.
