When the equipment is lifted, the loading winch directly bears the greater traction force. Whether its installation is stable and correct, will endanger the lifting safety, we need to pay enough attention to this. The following is the installation of the loading winch manufacturers and loading winch use precautions are introduced:
- The loading winch should be installed in a flat, open place, there should be no obstacles in front. The operator should be able to directly observe the lifting process of the equipment, while receiving the command signal.
- The installation position of the loading winch should be far away from the lifting center. For example, when lifting by mast, the distance should not be less than the height of the mast.
- The distance between the guiding block and the axis of the reel should be greater than 25 times of the length of the reel to ensure the deflection angle a<2°. The reels need to be arranged in order.
- The fixing of the loading winch installed by the loading winch manufacturer should be reliable to prevent tipping and movement. Usually use ground anchor, workshop column base and heavy objects as anchor points. The fixed rope for fixing the base of the loading winch should be pulled out from both sides to prevent the base from moving after being stressed.
- Using the method of adjusting the position of the guide wheel, so that the traction wire rope from the bottom of the reel level into the reel.
- The crane is used strictly and overloaded. When lifting heavy objects, should be installed on the traction rope force gauge to measure the tension value at a lower tension.
- The loading winch manufacturers remind everyone that the crane’s mechanical equipment and electrical systems should be inspected before use. Mechanical devices should be fully lubricated, flexible action, sound normal, especially the brake should be well sealed and reliable. The electrical system is well insulated, the control switch is flexible and the switch is used correctly.
- Lifting heavy lifting equipment for trial lifting, please check the power and stability of the loading winch, the pulling force of the traction rope and the current value of the motor. Should also check whether the rope head is firmly fixed on the reel, whether the initial rope number is more than 3 turns, etc.
