1. Before normal use, a static load test should be carried out at 125% of the rated load and about 100 mm above the ground for 10 minutes to check whether it is normal.
2. During use, personnel must regularly check the electric hoist, take measures in time if any fault is found, and carefully record it.
3. After continuous operation for a long time, the 10-20 ton hoist may be automatically powered off, which belongs to the overheating protection function of the motor. At this time, it can be lowered. After a period of time, it can continue to work after the motor cools down
4. The dynamic load test is to conduct repeated lifting and moving tests to the left and right with the rated load weight. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connecting part are normal and reliable.
5. Scrapping standard of steel wire rope: the inspection and scrapping standard of steel wire rope shall be in accordance with cb/t5972-1986 “practical code for inspection and scrapping of steel wire rope for crane”.
6. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang heavy objects in the air to prevent parts from deformation.
7. In the process of use, if a fault is found, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.
8. During use, it is forbidden to use it in an impermissible environment and when it exceeds the rated load and the rated closing times per hour (120 times).
9. It is not allowed to press two manual switch buttons at the same time to make the electric hoist move in the opposite direction.
10. Pay special attention to the wearing parts during use.
