2. Before operation, make necessary inspection on the lifting chain. For example, press the up and down switches of the crane’s lifting chain to see whether the crane is falling and rising normally, and pay attention to whether the switches of the lifting chain are useful.
3. Also observe the smoothness of the lifting chain of crane accessories. Generally, it should be smoothed regularly. If the lifting number of the main chain of the crane is mostly double chain or multi chain, do not turn the lower hook over from the chain to avoid danger. If multiple lifting chains can operate normally, their welding points are also in the same direction and on the same straight line.
