Classification of shell bucket of excavator: shell bucket of excavator (shell type grab) can be customized according to the needs of customers. There are two types of hydraulic inversion and non hydraulic inversion;
For the shell type grab without hydraulic inversion, the oil circuit of the bucket cylinder of the excavator is selected, and the hydraulic valve block and pipeline are not added;
A set of hydraulic valve block and pipeline shall be added to the shell type grab with hydraulic reverse rotation for control. The oil cylinder shall be equipped with piston protection device.
The operating principle of the shell bucket of the excavator is to drive the shell body to open and merge to grab materials through the elasticity of the oil cylinder and the manufacturer of the shell bucket of the excavator, so as to complete the operation. It is suitable for foundation pit excavation, deep pit excavation and unloading and loading of loose materials such as coal and sand, especially for excavation or loading in some restricted spaces.
