Single girder gantry crane is mainly composed of main girder, outrigger, lower beam, running trolley, electric hoist, limit device and control system; the gantry structure has three types: double cantilever, single cantilever and no cantilever.
The cranes working outdoors are also equipped with windproof devices such as rail clamps and anchoring devices; the main girder is mostly a deviated box girder structure, and the overall rigidity is weaker than that of the double girder gantry crane.
The single girder gantry crane is suitable for Q≤50t, H≤12m, and span S≤35m.

Features
1. It is easy to manufacture and install, and good in force.
2. It is light, but the space for hoisting goods through the outside of the outrigger is relatively small.
3. The production process is simple.
4. Configure emergency stop switch, short circuit protection, voltage loss protection, phase sequence protection and other functions;
5. The three mechanisms of hoisting, trolley and cart are independently controlled and can operate independently or at the same time;
6. The trolley limit device can adjust the position according to the actual use;
7. The trolley mobile power supply system adopts built-in cable pulley, galvanized track and flat cable to supply power;
8. Equipped with overload limiter, upper and lower limit switches;

Applications
Single girder gantry crane; gantry is L-shaped structure, trolley is hoisting mechanism; long workpiece can be turned arbitrarily. When loading and unloading long workpieces, the vehicle can be parked at any position, which is mostly used in occasions with small lifting capacity and low frequency.
