Electric wire rope hoist is a small lifting equipment. Wire rope electric hoist has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small volume, strong versatility of parts, convenient operation and so on. It can be installed on I-beam alone, or on electric or manual single beam, double beam, cantilever, gantry and other cranes. Generally, the motor uses a conical motor, which automatically locks the band brake after stopping. Its supporting steel wire rope includes phosphating coated steel wire rope, galvanized steel wire rope and smooth steel wire rope.
The middle of the electric hoist is a steel wire rope drum, which is hung on the crown block girder made of I-steel with a trolley. One end is fixed with a flange with a conical rotor motor that can be braked, and the power is transmitted to the reducer at the other end with a transmission shaft. The decelerated power is transmitted to the steel wire rope drum to drive the hook to lift. The traveling trolley is a small conical rotor motor. After deceleration, the power is transmitted to the traveling wheel, and the trolley can walk along the I-beam. Driven by the traveling device of the crane, this crown block can complete the tasks of lifting and mobile positioning.
