ZLP250/ZLP630/ZLP800/ZLP1000 Suspended Platform
ZLP series Temporarily installed suspended access equipment developed and produced by Tianjin minjie Company which is an electric climbing type decoration machine, which is mainly applied to the external wall construction, decoration, cleaning and maintenance of high-rise and multi-storey buildings. It can also be applied to elevator installation, large tanks, bridges, dams and other engineering operations.
A complete set of the suspended platform mainly includes the following components:
1. Basket: Length of 6 meters, width of 69 cm. The basket can be assembled using sections of 1.5m, 2m, and 2.5m, or you can opt for a 1m, 2m, and 3m configuration. The length can be adjusted according to the construction space requirements.
2. Hoist: 2 units.
3. Safety Locks: 2 units.
4. Control Box: 1 unit.
5. Steel Wire Ropes: 100 meters, 4 pieces.
6. Safety Rope: 100 meters, 1 piece.
7. Cable: 95 meters, 1 piece.
8. Suspension Mechanism: 2 sets.
9. Counterweights: The price does not include counterweights, but each set of suspended platforms can comes with some free counterweight molds if you need. You can make the counterweights yourself to save on shipping costs.
